Great and important question! Due to the nature of these one-of-a-kind and handmade crafts, we won't be accepting any returns or exchanges. We have, however, implemented a 24 hour cancellation policy to ensure you will receive a FULL refund within 24 hours of purchase. Woot woot!! PLEASE before completing any purchase, ensure it is the correct size, color and design in your cart to prevent any mistakes of not receiving the one in mind.

A few ways to keep an eye out for these discounts: -Follow us on Facebook and Instagram as different discounts will be offered separately on each platform. -Sign up for our email newsletter to showcase new products, discounts and awareness. Don't worry, we have made the promise that we won't EVER bombard your inbox every 3 hours. You're welcome. -Each purchase that tags us on social media will be entered into a weekly drawing to receive a coupon for next purchase!

We fully encourage and would greatly appreciate your suggestions, personal experiences and other stories that have touched your life. You may send these through our email, message us on Facebook, DM us on Instagram and/or tag our business on someone's account that is also spreading awareness. We will make note of every suggestion submitted and spotlight as many as we can! Please be patient as we receive so many wonderful suggestions.

We have pledged to donate 5% of each purchase to the Awareness of the Month. On our website, we provide links to learn more about the cause and where to donate. Also, before finalizing your purchase, you can add any amount in the donation box that will be directly linked to that cause of the month. This is completely optional! If you are unable to donate, simply sharing or reposting our awareness content that we will provide on Instagram and Facebook with your friends and family on your social media pages is JUST as important.
